AutoKlene Hobart Raceway are excited to annouce another busy season ahead!
2025–26 speedway season is here, and it’s shaping up to be one of the biggest and most exciting! With ten blockbuster events from November through April, fans can look forward to a high-octane mix of returning favourites, title nights, and spectacular entertainment on track.
McDonald’s Season Opener – Saturday, 8 November 2025
The season roars into life with the McDonald’s Season Opener, kicking things off in style. Junior Sedans (New Star and Top Star) headline alongside Street Stocks, Super Sedans, Wingless Sprints, AMCA Nationals, and Bombers. Expect plenty of wheel-to-wheel action as drivers shake off the off-season dust and battle for early bragging rights.
Sparco Auto Parts Super Showdown – Saturday, 22 November 2025
The heat intensifies with the Sparco Auto Parts Super Showdown! A stacked program featuring Modified Sedans, Super Sedans, Formula 500s (both Seniors and Juniors), Tassie Sixes, Bombers, and an exciting lineup of Dirt Karts will keep the track buzzing all night long.
7HOFM Fireworks Spectacular – Saturday, 13 December 2025
A fan favourite returns as the 7HOFM Fireworks Spectacular lights up the sky and the clay. On track, Modified Sedans, Super Sedans, Wingless Sprints, Late Models, and Dirt Karts promise nonstop thrills before a huge fireworks show closes out the year in explosive fashion.
Banjos New Norfolk Late Models Triple Crown – Saturday, 3 January 2026
The new year starts with serious horsepower at the Banjos New Norfolk Late Models Triple Crown. Junior Sedans, Street Stocks, Wingless Sprints, Tassie Sixes, and Bombers all join the Late Models in what’s set to be a massive night of racing.
AutoKlene Super Sedan Grand National – 24 & 25 January 2026
AutoKlene Hobart Raceways biggest weekend of the season arrives with the AutoKlene Super Sedan Grand National, a two-night spectacular celebrating the best in Super Sedan racing. Saturday’s opener features Junior Sedans, Street Stocks, Wingless Sprints, Tassie Sixes, and AMCA Nationals before the main event continues Sunday with an expanded program including Dirt Karts and even more Super Sedans!
Gulf Western & Independent Oils Title Night – Saturday, 14 February 2026
Valentine’s Day will be for speedway lovers as the Gulf Western & Independent Oils Title Night brings top-tier divisions together. Formula 500s, Wingless Sprints, Late Models, AMCA Nationals, Sprintcars, Tassie Sixes, and Bombers will all hit the track for a title night to remember.
Wyllie Tiles Race Meeting – Saturday, 14 March 2026
The Wyllie Tiles Race Meeting continues the season’s momentum with an all-star cast including Modified Sedans, Super Sedans, Street Stocks, Formula 500s, Late Models, and the always entertaining Dirt Karts divisions. With championship points tightening, expect fierce competition across every class.
CJD Equipment Season Finale – Saturday, 11 April 2026
The curtain closes on the season with the CJD Equipment Season Finale. Junior Sedans, Street Stocks, Late Models, AMCA Nationals, Sprintcars, and Bombers will take the final laps of the 2025–26 campaign — and there’s no doubt drivers will be leaving nothing on the track as they chase glory one last time.
